Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc. is looking for an experienced insurance Sales Broker who is willing and able to generate clients in the Hamilton area. The successful applicant will be:

Responsibilities 

  • Create a high-quality book of personal/commercial business through actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Provide appropriate solutions to client’s insurance needs through analyzing information and assessing risk
  • Stay up to date with insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends
  • Respond to leads, as well as identify cross selling opportunities
  • Embody the values of Youngs Insurance

Licence/Certification

  • RIBO License required (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)

Requirements

  • Valid RIBO license in good standing
  • Proven experience generating insurance sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance products
  • The ability to thrive in a commission-based role
