As part of this enhancement, Stephanie Nagel will continue to play a crucial role as the Commercial Lines Manager. Her extensive experience and dedication will ensure seamless workflow management and operational excellence within the department.
Stephanie shared her thoughts on the transition: “This new structure allows us to streamline our processes and improve our attention to our client’s needs. I am eager to continue to collaborate with the team to refine our operations and deliver outstanding support to our Account Executives while continuing to manage our workflows and ensuring the department remains focused on delivering exceptional service and results."
Additionally, Cindy Gravelle will transition to Vice President of Commercial Corporate Development and Education. In this position, she will leverage her many years of expertise to nurture and develop our staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. She will also continue to collaborate closely with our key commercial partners to support and drive our growth initiatives in commercial insurance.
Cindy expressed her enthusiasm: "I am thrilled to take on these new challenges in the commercial insurance space. Working in commercial lines for 35-plus years has been an exceptional journey, and it is truly a passion of mine. With this new role allowing me to spend all of my time in the two areas of the industry that I enjoy the most—education and corporate development—what could be better?
