Youngs Insurance is proud to once again join Commisso’s in their efforts to help support those less fortunate in our community. On Saturday, November 10, 2018, come to visit our employees as we help to collect non-perishable food items for Project SHARE. You can also purchase a pre-packaged $10 bag of food or give a monetary donation - all of which will help to fill the Project SHARE truck! Last year 21,000 pounds of food was collected and we hope to help surpass that collection this year!Project Share provides emergency food to an average of 100 families per day who are living below the poverty line in Niagara Falls. They have been providing an essential service for our community since 1992, and the organization has made a significant impact on those in need.
You may also bring donations year round to Project SHARE at 4129 Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls. All food items are accepted because they have a walk-in fridge and freezer on site for perishable items. Food items most in need are peanut butter, baby food, and formula, fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy, meat, fish and beans.
