Vehicles can be stolen in just 30 seconds. This means that even if you are running into the store quickly, you should still take precautions. Unlocked doors and opened windows make a vehicle an easy target so always lock the doors and roll up the windows. You can also reduce the risk of your vehicle being stolen by parking in a well-lit area and by hiding away any valuables you have inside the vehicle.
